Fluentur is a young platform across four divisions: Academy, Studio, Global and Publishing. We are not a large organisation with established departments and clear career ladders. We are a small team building simultaneously across education, branding, study abroad and publishing — which means the work is varied, the responsibility is real and the learning is fast.
If you are looking for a role where someone will manage your output closely and give you a detailed brief for every task, this is probably not the right environment. If you are looking for a place where your work visibly affects real students and real businesses, and where you will be trusted to own your piece of it, it might be.
We use AI across everything we do. Every person on the team is expected to use it as part of their normal workflow — not as a shortcut that reduces quality, but as a tool that raises the ceiling of what one person can produce.
Most roles are in Kozhikode with hybrid flexibility for non-client-facing functions. We are not a fully remote company.
You will work across Academy, Studio, Global and Publishing. There are no silos at this stage of building.
Using AI tools effectively is a baseline expectation, not a bonus skill. We will train you on what we use.
We measure performance by what you produce and what changes as a result, not by when you clock in.
We say what we think, including when something is not working. If you want to actually improve, this will be the right environment.

We are looking for a creative Digital Content Creator who enjoys turning ideas into engaging content across Instagram, YouTube and other platforms. You will help shape Fluentur's online presence by creating educational, informative and visually strong content. This is a role for someone who is curious about digital trends, comfortable with AI tools and motivated to build something with a fast-growing brand.

This is not a role for someone who teaches to templates. Every student you work with will have a personalised preparation plan and you will be responsible for their progress toward a specific band target.

Different from a pure BDE role, this position focuses on the later stages of the funnel — people who have already expressed interest and need a clear, confident guide through the decision and onboarding process.
