Refund Policy

Our Approach to Refunds
We want every student and client to feel confident committing to a Fluentur programme or service. We would always prefer to resolve a concern directly before it becomes a refund request. If something is not working, please speak to us first.
This policy sets out the specific refund terms for each service type. Where your specific engagement agreement includes refund terms that differ from those below, the engagement agreement takes precedence.
Coaching and Academy Programmes
Before the programme begins: A full refund is available if you cancel before your first session or within 48 hours of your first session, whichever is later.
After the first session: A partial refund equivalent to the value of sessions not yet delivered is available up to the midpoint of the programme. No refund is available after the midpoint has passed.
Fluentur Accelerate: A full refund is available within seven days of enrolment confirmation, before Sprint 1 begins. After Sprint 1 has commenced, no refund is available. This reflects the significant preparation and planning undertaken before programme delivery begins.
Study Abroad and Admissions Services
Counselling and shortlisting: If you cancel before any shortlisting or document work has begun, a full refund is available. Once shortlisting research or document work has commenced, the fee for work completed is retained and the balance refunded.
SOP and application support: Once a first draft of an SOP or personal statement has been delivered, the drafting fee is non-refundable. Subsequent stages not yet delivered remain refundable.
Visa support: Fees paid for visa preparation support are non-refundable once document review or preparation has begun. Government visa fees paid on your behalf are not refundable.
Branding and Studio Services
Before work begins: A full refund is available if you cancel before any discovery, briefing or design work has commenced.
After discovery or briefing: The discovery and briefing fee is non-refundable. Fees for design stages not yet delivered remain refundable.
After first concepts are delivered: No refund is available for the concept stage once concepts have been presented. Remaining project stages not yet delivered may be refunded at our discretion based on work completed.
Retainer services (social media, maintenance): Monthly retainers are non-refundable for the current month. You may cancel future months with 14 days written notice.
Publishing Resources
Digital downloads and ebooks are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, as the content is delivered immediately. If you experience a technical issue with a download, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at admin@fluentur.com or via WhatsApp on +91 8714 122 199 with your name, the service you enrolled in, your payment date and the reason for your request. We will respond within three working days.
Approved refunds are processed within seven to ten working days to the original payment method.
Exceptional Circumstances
We consider requests outside the standard terms on a case-by-case basis in genuine exceptional circumstances, including medical emergencies or significant personal crises. These requests are reviewed at our discretion and we will always try to find a fair resolution.
